I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. No issues. Swift service. Good job and happy with service. Ivy removed from garden fence, patio slabs jet washed, artificial grass jet washed, roof part jet washed to look like new and moss free, all garden weeds removed. Well done to Bradley and his little helpers.

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.

Walnut tree trimmed all around as per my specification done same day as price was negotiated and very fair. Clean and tidy too. Never give 5 stars nobody's perfect but very happy to use again.

ASL responded to my query very quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and Andy provided plans for the building work we required. They were able to start work within two weeks and helped me to deal with the building regulations side of things. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided an exceptionally professional service. The end result (an extension to our kitchen) was fantastic, and there were no hidden costs in the bill. Overall, I could not recommend ASL more highly. They will be doing all our building work in the future. Thanks Andy!
