I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Neil has done a really outstanding job for me and am so please have already ask for price for the next job! Would recommend Neil to anyone looking for a frienly, hardworking tradesman. Turned up when he said he would to look at the job. Gave a fair price. Came back and did the job exactly when he said he would, and did a good job. Cant ask for much more. Wish all tradesman could do this! Thanks Stuart - I will use your services again, definitely. Job done on 9th Jan 2012.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Communication was great leading up to the work and was helpful in both getting the job done as soon as was possible and in picking and dropping keys before and after with the Agents. Many thanks! Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.
