I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards

This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. Mirror Finish Plastering is a company since 1992. Since serving my time as a qualified plasterer, which i won apprentice of the year in Sunderland in 1991, my business has grown from strength to strength. Owning several houses of my own in the rental market, I also work for many Landlors over the years. Not only do I do my own plastering, I do everything that`s needed to do before the tenant moves in: incl. joinery, electrics and gas (which does require the need of a qualified gas engineer and electrician to sign off the work that I do). I pride myself for my timekeeping and punctuality. Once I start a job, I always stay on it, till it´s complete, before I move onto the next one. But the biggest pride I have is, after 29 years of plastering, I have always had a great response from all my customers and NEVER had a call back. Excellent job, 10 out of 10! As a landlady I had few plasterers working for me, David is the best. His work, knowledge (all sorts of building issues) and attitude are more than just professional. So pleased to have found The Garden Taylor’s through Rated People. Claudine was exactly the person I was looking for. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, she gave me some good ideas to improve my garden and carried them through even suggesting and sourcing new plants and shrubs. Her work rate was incredible. Sadly we only had her a short time before she moved from Cumbria. If you want brilliance then get her now before she’s fully booked!
