Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

It involved insurance claim based conditional remedial work, some of which wasn’t necessary, but they were happy to comply. I had damp (non-mouldy) rear wall, and knew the roof tiles/gutter above this wall needed to be looked at + replastering the interior wall. Dajland and his team put up scaffolding, fixed the leak in the roof tiles, and replastered 2 interior walls in 3 days. They worked efficiently and communicated well and cleaned up after which was a bonus! I would recommend them highly!

Good initial advice offered and job completed as per quote. 1 star down as did not turn up on original date arranged and took a while to get correct facia fitted to finalise the job.
