Highly recommended. Paul will be our first port of call for any future electrical work required. Waite Electrical Services performed an inspection and subsequent re-wire of our house professionally and to a very high standard. They provided a fixed price quote that was very competitive. Whilst doing the work they were very flexible and considerate, and went to great lengths to minimise any damage to our newly restored floors. It’s clear that Paul and team take great pride in their work.

This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. Highly recommend. I used Tip Top Services (Nick) to install 30+ LED downlights. Very pleased with the results and Nick was very easy to work with. A very flexible approach and willing to do all that was necessary to complete the job to high standards. Would use again.

Good quality finsh with Valburn being something of a perfectionist in getting everything right. He wasn't rushed by time just wanted to do it properly. Highly recommended

mixer tap, and toilet changed including plumbing for the toilet from hot to cold. Leak on outside wall all done within the days quote - very punctual, professional and stuck to the quote provided. No breaks taken - am impressed with him. Will recommend him to my friends and colleagues and use in future.

The job was executed efficiently and effectively. As it was a roof job, pictures were given to me before the job to explain the work needed, and afterwards to assure me it had been carried out as planned. Very tidy and would use again if needed.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.
