Complete Bathroom Refurbishment

We chose Swavek for our bathroom refit after receiving 4 separate quotes from different companies. We are VERY pleased with his workmanship and his overall demeanour. He was always punctual, polite and incredibly clean and professional. He is very skilled in all aspects of building in addition to plumbing. We added a few extra things onto our original plan and he was very clear about any additional costs. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

House Extension

Project (side extension, loft extension and back extension) started off very well, however swavek always wanted payment in advance. After few months, the work started to slow down and when I spoke to Swavek he started number of excuses but it became obvious he was working else where at the same time. When the council inspector came to visit he pointed out some serious structural issues with his work, when I confronted Swavek he asked for more money. it cost me £3000 plus headache to fix the mess he left

  make sure you do not pay him in advance for anything - even for materials make sure he buys only what he really needs and not a lot more (he wastes £2000 of mine on overpurchase)

He and his colleague did a range of different jobs - bathroom refurbishment, fencing, replacing a roof, tiling a front path, building a wall, changing lighting and redecorating - all to a great standard. His team was extremely skilled and with the exception of planned holidays were always on site, on time, worked efficiently, tidily and in a diligent manner. They completed the work within the timescale that we discussed, on budget and with a high standard of finish.
