Would not recommend! Got a quote, arranged a date following a Bank Holiday, paid deposit for materials. heard nothing on the lead up to the work day about any problems. Day of work, excuses about delays, then vague excuses about supplier & then promises other excuses all week. Finally, Friday, said he had a big job on that he had lots of money on. We agreed refund, still waiting 2 weeks later, no refund!

  Sadly I've had to change my rating as I'd no longer recommend. While this initial job was done well, I then contracted Joe to lay some laminate flooring in the same room. After buying (and charging me for) enough beading to cover all the edges of the room, he left without laying it all and took the rest with him so I couldn't even do it myself. Aside from that, there were other issues with the floor. Tried to get him to come back several times but doesn't show up when agreed and is ignoring my calls.

After arranging a visit at least 3 to 4 times, they never turned up. I kept asking if they were still interested, response was yet another time when they will come. Joe doesn't even pick up calls, I understand sometimes he cannot if he is in the middle of a job, but my calls were not retuned too. Extremely unhappy customer..
