Fantastic experience from start to finish. He came out to assess the property and provided an incredibly honest, thorough appraisal backed up by clear video evidence. While other contractors tried to scare me into an expensive, unnecessary full roof replacement, his integrity shone through. He pinpointed the actual, localised maintenance issue and fixed it perfectly for a very fair price. Genuinely honest, professional, and reliable—I couldn't recommend him highly enough and will definitely use his service.
