Micheal visited a week ago and given a quote for the job. I remember explaining what i explained here as the description of the job. Arrived on time on the day of the job. Pleasant and courteous, personality unfortunately he had to go to a next job after moving the new radiator and could not proceed with remainder of the job, the sink and the stop valve. He said that was not part of the quote. I need to rebook for another quote for it to remove the sink and check stop valve I could argue but didnt.

  Use Rated Peoples for the first time. Got Micheal to quote for the job required. Punctual and courteous. Work was done to good standard. A bit of misunderstanding about expectations partially on my end but Micheal was considerate and professional, we arrived at a mutual ground. Good customer service.

Asked Mike to give an estimate to replace 7 radiators. He came on time + a gave very competitive estimate. On the date agreed he arrived on time and worked throughout the day and evening to complete the work 2 days ahead of schedule. Throughout he was cheerful, polite and very accommodating as to radiator siting, changing their fittings to suit my particular requirements. He ensured all the replaced radiator performed as per and balanced the whole system. Very pleased and satisfied with the work undertaken
