Mould / Damp Control
Leighton recently completed a variety of work on our roof, including replacing all battens, installing membrane lining, lead flashing and re-bedding ridge tiles. He is a pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient worker, also an excellent communicator and problem solver. He and his team always left the site tidy at the end of each day. When a small issue occurred some weeks later, he came the same morning and sorted it out immediately. We thoroughly recommend him for any roofing/gutter work.

Slate & Tiled Roof
Ryan responded to the job listing very quickly, and came round next day to inspect the roof. He then provided a written quote within a few hours. The quote was very competitive, and we thought Ryan was friendly and knew what he was talking about, so we decided to go with him. He then came round the next day - a Saturday - to fix the roof tiles, and he did an excellent job of matching the missing ridge tiles and rear tiles. We would definitely consider using Ryan and Direct Improvements again in the future.

Did a good job replacing the guttering on our flat, along with some exterior painting and repair work, for a reasonable, fair price. Very courteous and helpful.

Leighton came round to quote and he filled me with confidence straight away, After sending through the details and speaking on the phone I was convinced this would the best company to go with. Leighton was only a call away for anything. He’s full team of guys worked like a well oiled machine until the end and they done a fantastic job, even doing a couple of extra things.
