Hi been a landlord for over 28 year I had James who came to do a full bathroom refit his workmanship is short cut and easy in and out of jobs His work is the type of work that you start having problems with after 6 months or year later by then it to late because you have paid and can't leave feedback. I had to throw James off the job after day 2 when I look at standard of work. I had few jobs jobs done over years I know how work should be done and short cuts are taken.

James, the plumber was excellent, he called me then arranged to do the job the same day, he contacted me again to give me his time of arrival. James was friendly, efficient and very considerate. He completed the job to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. I have kept his number and would definitely recommend him.

Came round to view two jobs that I need doing. Did a very small amount of grouting and resealed a small shower tray and for that charged me £190; with a view to returning to continue with the work. Then ghosted me and I had to obtain another company. I essentially paid almost two hundred pounds for very little work and a great deal of inconvenience.
