Electric Boiler - Repair
The engineer attended and remedied the fault situation. However the final job was priced a lot more than when quoted the day before. We do appreciate that other issues can come to light when investigating further, but the landlord has asked the engineer for receipts and although the engineer said he would get them, he has not done so. The landlord has paid in full and is entitled to receipts for his records.

Posted a job request. Didn't appreciate the text and then phone call at 6:19am, and then a further phone call at 8:15am. Then a further text message calling me weird for not answering his chaser phone calls. We've had the job done by another tradesman. Absolutely hate being harassed and badgered
