We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

Lloyd was lovely from the first time he came round. He was very professional, send me images of past work so I felt sure he would be able to do the job well and he gave the best quote. He has done an incredible job in putting turning my design into reality and the workmanship is lovely. He sent me information and images as the work progressed in his studio which was great. Very pleased with his work and he is a lovely guy, which makes it even nicer.

Phil came in the morning and finished the job within a day as agreed. Safety aspects and govt regulations were strictly adhered to which was great. The only thing that could have been better was if the dry lining inserts were finished off properly so there are no visible holes around the faceplate of the sockets but Phil explained he didn't have the right mix and left them for me to complete. Dust from the chipping of the brickwork covered the house which was rather unexpected. Overall we'd use him again.

Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.
