Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE

Zero stars. Absolutely shocking workmanship screeding my kitchen floor. Charged me a £1k for one days work plus I bought materials. Do not use Carl I’ve now got to pay to have the job done properly. He’s done this on a couple of pensions age 77

didnt contact me, didnt do the work, so cant really comment on their rating - would have liked to delete job as not fair to say terrible or anything havent seen their work
