After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.

I’ll be there to carry out the work myself which will be done to highest standard possible, sometimes I may require a helping hand, that would again a competent person. I would wholly recommend Ash to anyone needing a flexible, polite and reliable generalist builder. really nice guy. he did a spot on job on knocking through my kitchen which ended up quite complicated in terms of building regs. he was happy to adjust timescales when i wasn't quite ready and lined up all the other trades to complete the work within timescale. always smiling and considerate. and happy in his work!
