The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I have been in the domestic heating industry for 22 years I was trained by my father from school on servicing, maintaining, refurbishing AGA cookers. After 3 years I then went on to become OFTEC qualified in Oil fired boilers and maintenance. Then built up a customer database throughout east anglia. In 2008 I did a City and Guilds level 2 plumbing qualification to extend my services to my customers even more. Being able to offer them an Installation of central heating boilers and heating system maintenance. 2 years ago I became a Grant UK boiler accredited engineer giving me the opportunity to be able to offer my customers extended product warranties of up to 10 years. Also I install full central heating systems and am a certified installer of unvented hot water cylinders. Regards Andrew
