Messed up a simple job battening a level deck frame. I told Richard where to start, but he ignored it and installed them out of level, then cut my level posts to match his poor layout. Struggled with gate hanging, so I had to finish it. Lawn has high/low spots, left cement bag open, mud on path/carport, and even took my plastic tub. Poor finish, can't follow basic instructions, and doesn’t answer calls now. Shoddy, careless work. Would not recommend. 1 star

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!
